2016.17 Task and Finish Group sessions

Do you have particular issues, topics that you would like to see discussed as part of a Task and Finish Group eg. sources of funding and guidance; how to make Bikeability 'famous'? etc.

Can you please review the best practices around increasing Bikeability cycling times, most children say from feedback that they loved the course but wanted to increase the cycling time. How can we do this within the limits of Bikeability. Ideas: ...A list of approved playground games to develop skills. A short bike ride at the end of each road session, Joining up more outcomes, exploring sites further from the schools, Less talking by instructors and more practical work.

Does anyone agree with User 63293 ... Was the point discussed at last conference ???

This is an ongoing issue. We did explore how to reduce theory and instructor talking times in the past and in regional workshops. We have issued some guidance on TABS website

Thanks for your feedback . Can you be more specific what guidance is recommended. I ask as the original guidance indicates a ratio of 20% discussion & 80% practical riding. If this is to be achieved we need to explore how to get their, Do you and 'Steer Greeves' have any suggestions on this matter ??
