Consistency course and best practice guidance

The DfT have funded a series of courses to address the variations of practice with Bikeability schemes and to share best practice across the sector. The first one takes place in London today. Would be good to hear people's thoughts about these if you attend one.

Level3

The first 3 pilots run in London Leeds and Exeter were well attended with great participation from attendees. Some great pest practice points were raised and shared. There was also some interesting ideas why there is a such a variety of takes on the National Standard.

Tips:

Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----

To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word

To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word

That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:

Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
