  • Question from Jason:

it would good to hear how the scheduling of these visits will happen,
as March was the start, have schemes been timetabled or is it on a >rollling programme of assessment?

Some are based on relative risk (such as a big scheme which runs masses of training), some random, and some based following an issue or complaint. All will be done once at least over the first 3 years since the launch of QA. There will be a detailed summary of this issued with the notes from TABS conference.

  • Some issues raised at the conference included:
    • Need to improve the summing up of the report using words rather than numbers. The report also could usefully be broken down into sections eg. risks, delivery, organisation
    • Need to resolve the relationship between funders and deliverers and who being reviewed.

  • Where are we with QA? Is there a report about the QA done so far? @IsobelS
