Is there a natural ceiling?
• % in room ranged from 45% to 95%. Various reasons for ceiling including resistant schools, lack of bike ownership, cultural resistance to cycling.
• Work with willing vs. universal provision vote. 84% preferred to go for universal provision. (i.e. forcing the unwilling to participate)Marketing – Brand

Suggested channels to use:
• Change 4 life
• Bike shops

Explanation for those not there: this was a room of 50 people at the TABS conference. Voting following discussion (although time limited). Note that this was a self-selecting group and there may be bias, but very interesting discussion and results. Thanks to those who contributed.
